Apple has admitted that a bug is affecting what it believes to be a “small percentage” of its iPhone 7 devices thus inhibiting their connection to a cellular network and displaying “No Service” on the network status bar. This occurs usually after the iPhone is removed from Airplane Mode, once this is done; the device refuses to re-connect to service. According to the company, the problem came up as a result of a component on the main logic board which failed. The company also stated that it will be offering free repairs to customers who are suffering as a result
