A blogger was reportedly shot dead while trying to evade policemen.
The young man whose real name is Chukwuemeka Isidore but is known as Ghostmode among his peers, had reportedly been in the wrong place at the wrong time, when he met his ‘sudden’ death.
Chukwuemeka was reportedly shot by a policeman for smoking
According to one of his friends, Chukwuemeka had been smoking with a group of friends when they were suddenly surrounded by policemen. He followed his instincts and reportedly tried to run away from them, when he was shot and killed.

Here’s what his friend and fellow blogger, Jojo Filani, said:
“It was just on Sunday, 18th September, 2016 that we met unexpectedly for the first time ever and talked about an official link up sometime soon and in his words “This soon no go too soon” but too bad he’s gone too soon. The news about his death came from a reliable source to our doorstep at about 3pm today, 21st September, 2016 (exactly 3 days after our first meeting).

The incident was said to have occurred around Azikiwe, Mile 2, Diobu, Port Harcourt, and it cannot be confirmed yet if he was the only one hit by a bullet.
